Flavia suffers with severe arthritic knees and hips, requiring a walking frame which she rarely lets go of due to fear of falling. She is making some really good progression here, letting go of the alter-g bars to catch and throw the beach ball! She would never attempt this outside of the alter-g, it’s really helping her confidence, motivation, balance and even pain levels!
