Injuries which are reoccurring and persistent could be caused from poor posture on your bike and easily fixed with a few tweaks here and there. Within our bike fit we will discuss your cycling goals, distances and time spent on the bike. Your bike will be fitted onto our turbo trainer with your posture filmed and analysed as you cycle. We take great care to look at each individual joint whilst you ride, these can then be changed by making simple adjustments to your bikes position, whether it’s altering your saddle height or moving your handles. Not only can this prevent and resolve injury issues, you may also find an increase in performance on your bike once your body has re-adjusted to the new position.
